Q: How can I pay for my purchase and what form(s) of payment do you accept?
A: Products purchased through Myah & Me may be paid for through the security offered by PayPal, which accepts all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
Q: I would not like to set up a Paypal account. I would just like to pay with my credit card. How can I do this?
A: When you click on "Checkout with Paypal," it will take you to a page that reads on the left column, "Dont' have a paypal account? No problem. Click Here." This will take you to a page that allows you to use your credit card without having to set up a paypal account.
Q: What if I am unsatisfied with my purchase?
A: Myah & Me wants to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchases from us. If you are unhappy with your non-clearance purchase, we will allow for an exchange of merchandise. Exchanges will be made only for the same item in a different size. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred as a result of the exchange. We do not accept refunds.
In the event that you wish to exchange your non-clearance product(s), send an e-mail to customerservice@myahandme.com stating the reason for your dissatisfaction and the size you desire as a replacement. Exchanges will only be made for merchandise that has not been worn, washed, or otherwise altered. We inspect all items and award a partial refund or deny the refund for damaged or used clothing. Please do not send multiple e-mails regarding the same exchange. Myah and Me will do everything we can to ensure your satisfaction in a timely manner. You can initiate an exchange for most new and unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Due to the exclusivity of our merchandise, no returns will be allowed.
Q: How will I know when my order has been shipped?
A: You will receive an e-mail notification when your item has been shipped to you along with an expected date of arrival.
Q: What brand of clothing do you carry?
A: Myah and Me selects only top-brand clothing for their products. The brand names we print vary from each product so as to ensure the best match for the coordinating ensembles we carry.
Shipping Policy
Most items will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 day delivery). Orders will typically leave the warehouse within 2 business days of your order being placed. You should receive your Myah and Me merchandise within 3-5 business days. These items will incur a flat-rate $6 fee for shipping and handling charges and are good only for items shipped within the continental United States.
For Express overnight delivery, choose that option at checkout for the additional fees as noted.
Currently, we do not ship outside of the United States. However, if you live outside of the US and would like to place an order using Paypal, send us an email and we may be able to accomodate your needs.
In the event that your purchased item(s) are on back order, we will notify you immediately by email and make you aware of the anticipated date of delivery. Although we do our best to keep adequate stock, we do occasionally sell out of certain products If this should happen, it is our policy to hold all items in your order until we may ship them all out to you at once.
Please do not inquire as to the status of your delivery until the anticipated arrival has passed.
Myah and Me will not be held responsible for the loss and/or damage of merchandise once it reaches the USPS carrier. We will strive to do everything we can to ensure your Myah and Me products reach you in the top quality manner we pride ourselves on.

Express Shipping Rates within the continental United States are based on the total cost of the product(s) purchased and are as follows:
